Areas of responsibility:
  • guest relation and attendance during the trip – on board and ashore
  • accompanying and supervising the logistics and quality of excursions
  • jointly responsible for the smooth course of transfers
  • providing support in announcements and presentations
  • supplying of guest documents and updating daily programs
  • involvement in creating and organizing the guest entertainment
  • substituting at the front desk as well as shop care, concierge duties, information

Profile

  • education in tourism/hotel management
  • work experience in a similar position
  • fluent in English; German, French, Spanish and Italian are an advantage
  • familiar with MS Office
  • customer-oriented, outgoing personality
  • a minimum age of 22 years is required
