Areas of responsibility:
  • responsible for guest relations and entertainment on board
  • coordination of shore excursions and transfers
  • responsible for lectures, presentations and announcements
  • keeping contact with entertainment artists, travel guides and coach drivers
  • setting up daily programs in cooperation with the hotel manager
  • supervising and training of fellow Program Managers

Profile

  • education in tourism/hotel management
  • work experience in a similar position, ship experience is an advantage
  • public speaking skills and experience in leading groups
  • customer- and team-oriented, "people person"
  • fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
  • familiarity with MS Office
  • a minimum age of 25 years is required
